ShiftWindow

ShiftWindow is great tool that allows you to find the EVE window and then move and resize it.
Windows can be resized in three different manners: manually with a trigger key, automatically when they open, restore or activate (with a configurable delay) and in response to a configurable hotkey.

You can mix and match these modes for different windows to suit your needs.
The program supports multiple monitor support and provides presets that can be saved and reloaded later.
